SHIPPING CONDITIONS
All parcels are sent with an inspection option upon delivery.
Deliveries are carried out through our courier partners - Econt Express and Speedy. The courier service fee, both for delivery and return, is at the customer's expense.
The standard delivery time is 1 to 5 business days (exceptions apply to locations serviced on a schedule by Econt and Speedy). Please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on Monday or the first business day following the holiday.
Orders are processed until 14:00 on business days. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the following business day.
If we are unable to process your order, you will be notified at the email address you provided or the one used to place the order.

Delivery prices are final and fixed.

RETURN CONDITIONS
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You may choose to return the product from a personal address or drop it off at a Econt or Speedy courier office. The customer is not required to cover any costs other than the return shipping fee. The 14-day period begins from the date of receiving the product.
The value of returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account specified in your return request.
A return form can be downloaded RETURN FORM.
Products are eligible for return only if there are no signs of use and all original tags are intact. ALTER EGO reserves the right to refuse a return if any of these conditions are not met.
Personalized phone cases and accessories made to individual order are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return an item only if there is no damage caused by improper use - the product must not be scratched, worn, or broken. The original packaging must be intact and the item must be returned inside it. All product tags must be preserved.
If we determine that any of these conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to withhold the refund and return the item back to you.
CLAIMS & DEFECTS
You have the right to file a claim in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects (identified upon receiving the product or within 14 days, provided the return conditions above are met)
- Incorrectly sent item
In these cases, shipping costs will be covered by ALTER EGO. To file a claim, the customer must notify us in writing at zornitsa.yordanova.alterego@gmail.com, attaching photo evidence clearly showing the defect — or in the case of an incorrectly sent item, including the order number showing the correct item requested.
